Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist in Vadodara who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The candidate should be result-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving high-quality leads with optimal ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns for:
- Brand Awareness
- Traffic
- Lead Generation
- Engagement (Likes, Followers)
- E-commerce / Shopping Ads
- Retargeting & Lookalike Audiences
- Pixel setup, conversion API, domain verification, event tracking & lead quality tracking.
- Campaign structure planning (TOF, MOF, BOF funnel).
- Creative testing, audience testing, and budget scaling strategies.
- Coordinate with Meta Support to resolve account, billing, disapproval, or tracking issues.
- Troubleshoot errors related to pixels, catalogs, events, and ad delivery.
- Monitor CPL, CPC, CPM, ROAS and continuously optimize for better performance.
- Lead quality analysis and strategy rework when required.
Google Ads
- Setup, manage, and optimize:
- Google Search Ads
- Google Display Network
- Google Shopping Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Mobile App Install & App Engagement Ads
- Keyword research, search intent mapping, ad copy optimization.
- Conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads.
- Improve Quality Score through:
- Landing page optimization coordination
- Ad relevance
- CTR improvement strategies
- Reduce CPC & improve conversion rate.
- Audience targeting, remarketing, and performance scaling.
LinkedIn Ads & Other Platforms
- B2B lead generation campaigns (Lead Forms, Website Conversion, Message Ads).
- Campaign optimization for decision-maker targeting.
- Manage ads on other platforms as required (Twitter/X, Pinterest, Quora, etc.).
Strategy & ROI Management
- Media planning and monthly budget allocation.
- Funnel strategy planning with clear cost-per-lead targets.
- A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, offers, and audiences.
- Continuous performance optimization to reduce CPL, CPC, CPM and increase ROAS.
- Lead tracking, CRM integration understanding, and lead quality improvement.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Clients for requirement gathering & reporting
- Graphic Designers for ad creatives
- Developers for landing page optimization & tracking setup
- SEO & Content teams for integrated funnel strategy
- Suggest improvements in landing page UI/UX, copy, forms, and speed to boost conversion rate.
Reporting & Analysis
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
- Insight generation and action-based optimization plans.
- Competitor ad analysis and industry benchmarking.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Agency background with multiple industry exposure (Education, Restaurant, Hospital, B2B/B2C, Healthcare, Real Estate, E-commerce, Local Services).
- Experience in app marketing and e-commerce performance marketing.
- Knowledge of automation tools, CRM integrations, and AI-based optimization.
